"We were headed to the Bike Shed in Shoreditch for dinner and while we waited to cross the busy road the storefront window was really coming to life in the dusk, with the city lights starting to reflect against the shop window's lights inside, creating a multi-layered image, and a real challenge for a drawing. Real pleasure working on this one, this is a view we always look forward to seeing when we're in London."

HB and 2B pencil on heavyweight archival Atlantis Heritage Drawing paper and fixed to preserve and prevent smudging with Daler-Rowney Colourless fixative.
