“This Triumph Scrambler was parked on the shoreline on a really hot, sunny day and the light was just exploding off the chrome pipes and the black paintwork. The heavy shadows and the intense light make the solid form of the bike pop off the paper and help you feel the heat of the sun. A perfect day for riding, even with those hot pipes.”

HB and 2B pencil on heavyweight archival Atlantis Heritage Drawing paper and fixed to preserve and prevent smudging with Daler-Rowney Colourless fixative.
