We currently ship all our Original Drawings, Limited Edition prints and open edition prints from the UK, if you're purchasing from overseas please be aware you may incur import duties. We are working behind the scenes to expand our printing network so that we can ship open edition prints from different locations and offer a more local service to our overseas customers and hope to bring this change about very soon.
All of our prints are Fine Art, museum quality, Giclée prints and are as close to buying the original artwork as you can get. Prints are packaged and shipped flat with tracking. If the print is in stock orders are shipped within 5-7 days but shipping times may vary on location, so please allow 2 weeks to receive your package. If not in stock, please allow 7 – 10 days for printing and then shipping times as above. For originals: If your item arrives damaged please take photos of the damage so we can raise a claim with our shipping company. A refund will be made through the insurance claim. You must therefore retain the original and its packaging for the insurance claim until the case is resolved. For prints: If your item arrives damaged please take photos of the damage so we can raise a complaint with our shipping company. In the meantime we will send you a replacement print, shipping times dependant on stock.T and Cs
